L.A. Lakers/Milwaukee under 227, laying $110 to win $100 --  I am posting this play later because the total was 225 around 3 p.m. EST and I knew the public would pound this game Over as the day goes on... I may not bet it until right before game time, hoping for another 1/2 or 1 extra point to be added to this total...The bottom line is these are the top 2 defensive teams in the league in terms of defensive rating (efficiency)... Milwaukee is 1st and the Lakers are 2nd... To show you how good Milwaukee is, they are also rated 2nd in offensive rating (efficiency), while the Lakers are 5th... The Bucks have flown over the total their last 4 games, but 3 of those teams are "Over" teams this year... I am assuming Anthony Davis (who will play) and LeBron will be focusing on the defensive end of the floor more in this one if they are going to beat the Bucks tonight...Bledsoe out for the Bucks and Kuzma out for the Lake-Show...

Oh, and I assume that about Davis and LeBron because Davis was on First Take this week on ESPN and all he talked about was how good they have been defensively this year and their commitment as a team to defense....

First post for the 2019-20 season...

Boston Celtics -2, laying $110 to win $100 --  I love this spot for the Celtics catching Dallas off a huge let-down spot after a major upset victory at Milwaukee on Monday without Luka Dončić...Add to the mix that Dallas plays better on the road than at home so far early in the season and Boston is over .500 on the road, well, the Celtics are the play here as long as Jayson Tatum plays (he has been dealing with a sinus infection)...

76ers at Raptors, Game 1....

Philadephia 76ers +6.5, laying $110 to win $100 --  Everyone knows about the Raptors struggles in Game 1’s of playoff series…It is well documented… So I will ride that horse one more time and fade them in Game 1 and take a Philly team who apparently has figured some things out after an embarrassing Game 1 loss against Brooklyn in the conference quarterfinals… Toronto owned them in the regular season which only provides more incentive for Philly…I believe there is value with the points as I see this game coming down to the wire…

Golden State vs LA Clippers Game 6...

Golden State Warriors-10, laying $110 to win $100 -- I am going with the same thought-process that I used for Game 3 of this series after the Warriors blew a 31-point lead and lost to the Clips at home in Game 2... Golden State bounced back strong in Game 3 at Staples and destroyed the Clips 132-105...The Warriors have been good in these bounce-back spots as soon as people start questioning their desire to win....
