Friday NBA Playoffs

Wow, could not have been more wrong with Utah last night...They are being out-coached or out-played or both...My first inclination would be to take them in Game 4, but no way...I don't trust them now...

Will have to update my playoff record tomorrow, late on time here...

2 bets, square bets, but just because they are square bets, doesn't mean they will lose...

Milwaukee -2.5 (1 unit) and Phoenix -2.5 (1 unit)...

Sides:

1) Phoe, 2) Milw, 3) Atl

Totals:

Thursday Playoff Play...

I will update my playoff record tomorrow...Have not posted any plays until now...

Utah Jazz -4.5, 1H, laying $165 to win $150 and Utah Jazz -7.5, Gm, laying $55 to win $50 -- I do not see any way at all that Dallas wins this game or even comes close to winning this game unless Luca Doncic plays which seems unlikely...The Mavs were able to win one game at home without Doncic in Game 2...But let's be realistic here...Look at how they won this game...Jalen Brunson had the game of his life, scoring a career high 41 points on 60% shooting from the field (15-for-25 overall) AND from 3-point land (6-for-10) and added 8 rebounds and 5 assists... AND, Maxi Kleber came off the bench for the Mavs to score 25 points, hitting 8 of his 11 shots (all from behind the arc), and those 25 points are one point shy of his career high...

What are the odds that these 2 players can repeat what they did in Game 2 at home in Game 3, which is on the road at Utah?...Oh, I would say about a billion to 1...Throw in the fact that Mike Conley went 0-for-7 from the field, had 0 points and just 3 assists and was basically benched in the 4Q for Utah, and I ask again: What are the odds of Brunson and Kleber repeating basically their career-best games and Conley laying another goose-egg on back-to-back playoff games??....Slim and None and Slim just left town...

This is a 2-unit play, and the reason I am taking the 1H for 1.5 units and the Game Line for half-a-unit is because the Jazz have been blowing double digit 4Q leads left and right this season, including multiple times the last month of the season...So they could be up 22 to 24 points to start the 4Q and not cover that 7.5 point line...Now, I feel that is doubtful tonight as I think they will beat the Mavs by at least 15, if not 20+ in front of the home crowd tonight...The Jazz have a good coach who should be able to make an adjustment tonight to offset what Dallas is doing to expose Rudy Gobert on defense...

Also, I am not betting Denver tonight, because Golden State has really hit their stride during the final 5 games of the regular season and into the playoffs, but If the Nuggets are going to win one game in this series, tonight will be that one game...
